Help to educate people before the November 3rd election!
“For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so faith apart from works is dead.” (James 2:26)
Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Here’s an easy way for you to perform powerful good works, helping to save the unborn while helping their mothers:
Spread the word about the Pre-Election USCCB-Based Parish Education Program initiated in the Diocese of Pittsburgh by Bishop William Waltersheid on August 26. Applicable for both Catholics and Protestants, this simple program makes everyone aware that inviolable human dignity is present in each person from the moment of conception and, therefore, all Christians are morally obligated to vote for candidates who will defend the life and dignity of the human person, or, in the case of candidates who are “Pro-Life” but with exceptions (e.g., in the case of rape), to vote to achieve the “lesser of two evils”. The program also promotes helping pregnancy resource centers through donations and volunteering, to enable women with unplanned pregnancies and a lack of funds to discover the joy of motherhood and avoid the tragedy of abortion. The program consists simply of the distribution of eight beautiful and powerful flyers published by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB).
Take just ten minutes to spread the word:
- Link here to Bishop Waltersheid’s August 26th letter, the USCCB flyers, a letter to send to your pastor, and a guide for implementing the program: Parish Education Program
- Share https://www.pcuc.org/what-can-i-do/ with your friends and family in Pennsylvania and out of State.
Thank you! May God richly bless you and your family!
